Sales Executive – Solar Solutions
Role Summary:
Drive customer engagement and generate leads for residential and commercial solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert leads into successful installations
- Conduct site visits and client consultations
- Propose customized solar solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Skills & Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (BBA/B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or renewable energy
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of solar technology is an added advantage
Role
Project Engineer – Solar Installations
Role Summary:
Manage the technical execution of solar projects, from design to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical site evaluations
- Prepare layouts and assist in system design
- Supervise installation teams on-site
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance
Skills & Eligibility:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy
- 2–5 years of experience in solar PV installation and commissioning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and electrical drawings
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols
